Before you call the Red Cross…

To assist us in being able to provide you the services that are needed, we need the following information when you contact us:

1. Service Member's Full Name
2. Rank/Rating
3. Branch of Service
4. Social Security Number and or their Date of Birth
5. Current Military Address
6. Emergency Related Contact Information:
   • Doctor's office, hospital, or funeral home, etc…
   • The person in charge with whom we should speak with
   • The location and addresses available
   • And all telephone numbers possible

Providing any of the above information will significantly speed the emergency communication.
